3. Product Descriptions & Visual Accuracy

  • We reserve the right to discontinue any product or adjust specifications without liability.

4. Order Acceptance & Cancellations

  • Receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order at our discretion (e.g., due to stock unavailability, pricing inaccuracies, or suspected fraud).

  • If your order is cancelled after payment processing, the entire billed amount will be reversed to your original payment method within 15 BUSINESS DAYS.

5. Shipping, Delivery & Inspection Delivery timelines, shipping fees, and policies are detailed in our standalone Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery by the carrier.

6. Returns & Exchanges All returns, replacements, and refunds are governed strictly by our Return and Refund Policy.

7. Prohibited Uses You may not use our website or its contents:

  • To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the rights of others.
