SHIPPING POLICY

We aim to get your Sipp Drinkware gear into your hands as quickly and reliably as possible.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed and packaged within 24 to 48 business hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after order confirmation.

  • For pre-orders or limited-edition drops, dispatch timelines will be explicitly highlighted on the specific product page.

2. Shipping Rates & Costs

  • Prepaid Orders: We offer Free Shipping across India for all prepaid orders (UPI, Cards, Net Banking).

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is available for eligible pin codes at an additional convenience fee of Rs.200 to cover carrier verification.

3. Delivery Timeframes Once dispatched, estimated transit times across domestic zones are:

  • Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, etc.): 2-4 business days

  • Rest of India (Tier 2/3 cities): 4-7 business days

  • North-East & Remote Regions: 6-9 business days

4. Order Tracking As soon as your package leaves our fulfillment hub, you will receive an automated tracking link via WhatsApp and/or Email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to update tracking scans online.

5. Delivery Issues & Delays

  • While we partner with top-tier courier networks, delays occasionally occur due to regional holidays, extreme weather conditions, or local logistical disruptions.

  • If your package shows "Delivered" but you have not received it, or if tracking stalls for more than 15 days, please contact us immediately at support@sippdrinkware.com with your Order ID so our dispatch team can investigate.

6. International Shipping Currently, Sipp Drinkware ships exclusively within India. We do not accept or process international orders at this time. (Update if you ship internationally: International delivery is available via select carriers; shipping rates and duties are calculated at checkout).
